Isn't it annoying? We live in the future, and setting up a printer is still a complete nightmare.

At work I have a partial draft guide book intended for other local IT helpish people when I get it done. The section on printers/copiers includes something along the lines of "Printers are soul-eating monsters from a hell dimension".

An accurate description. I now have the printer/scanner working both as a printer and a scanner. Much rejoicing.
