My Playstation 3 has gone belly up.

After everything else that's happened, this about puts the tin lid on it. Yes, I don't need a PS3, nobody needs one, but it's my toy and I love it to little bitty pieces.

And it's gone. The screen is all covered with lines and red blotches.

Are you sure it's the PS3 and not a cable that's gone bad? It might be worth seeing if someone has one they can lend you for troubleshooting purposes....

I checked with another HDMI cable, and it was the PS3. It sucks!

Oh, well, it was worth a shot. You have my sympathy (and empathy; my PS2 went belly-up recently and it made me sad).
