Well, so far, I got through to Vibox just after 10am, and they agreed that the problem is probably the PSU. I've a collection of the unit scheduled for today (which is impressive considering I rang them today) and that should happen before 5pm.
The idea is that they will replace the PSU, check it all again, and send the machine back to me within 5 working days. If there is something else wrong with it, they will fix that and if the HD has a problem, they will warn me. (I hope that's not the case, and I don't think it's likely as I do think it's the PSU.)
We will see how that all works out.
But the lady I spoke to on the phone was fine with it all. No quibbles at all. So score one to Vibox so far.
