You're right: the should definitely carry something that stupid. Have you tried calling Corporate?

I did that the last time they did something like this to me (in that case it was milk) and they blamed it on the computer. Apparrently their pickers are so stupid that they can't pick something unless the computer tells them to. Which is totally bizarre.
