Surgeries: I have recently had a punch biopsy of a suspicious mole on my left arm. Not sure if that counts. Outcome as yet unknown.
Broken bones: No. Serious sprains, yes, twice.
Shot a gun: No.
Quit a job: Yes, I took voluntary early severance of my last job.
Flown on a plane: Yes, but not recently. I take the view that planes are not good for the environment.
100+miles in car: Yes, as a passenger. My parents used to take us on holiday to Scotland from the Midlands, and that was a long journey.
Gone zip lining: No.
Watched someone give birth: No.
Watched someone dying: Yes. Both my parents.
Ridden in an ambulance: Yes. I fell down a flight of stairs at Kings Cross underground station and had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance. I don’t recommend it.
Been to Canada: No.

Ability to read music: Not really. Though I can sing.

Rode a horse: No
Stayed in a hospital: I have never been hospitalised, but I spent the night by my dying mother’s bedside, waiting for her to pass.
Driven a stick shift: I had 30 driving lessons when I was 17, and never came close to passing my test. That was in a car with gears.
Ride in Police Car: No
Driven a Boat: Not really. I once went on a day trip on a canal barge.
Eaten Escargot: Yes, I love snails.
Seen a UFO: Nope.
Been on a Cruise: No.
Run out of Gas: No.
Eat Sushi: Yes: I’m very fond of sushi, and when I was working would occasionally take a lunchtime stroll along Victoria Street to Wasabi and choose some sushi to have for lunch.
Seen a Ghost: Yes, including a ghost of myself, which was well weird. I don’t really believe in ghosts, I tend to think of them as produced by my brain accessing my unconscious.
