Sometimes the help files for computers are maddening. I found one which started
"Problem: You cannot print" and then went on to say, "You may find it easier to follow the steps if you print this article first."
Are they for real?

Much like the time I called for assistance because my internet wasn't working, and got a cheerful reminder - every 1.5 minutes! - that "you can access our Help services online at [web address]!"
No. No, I cannot. I am calling you, Company Who Provides Internet, because I am not able to get online! Stop rubbing it in, that's just rude. D:

Also, when the electric or cable company I call tells me to visit them online at www.westealurmoney.com when of course I can't - or simply won't (like everyone has a working cellular connection or wants to visit their freaking website even if they do. Maybe their website looks and works badly on the phone. Whatever.)
