The only thing that has gone wrong with my upgrade to Win10 is that I've lost the ability to send emails except using webmail.
Plus, one of my bits of software (Campaign Cartographer) crashes every time I want to do one particular thing. So bored with that now and no idea why it's happening.
I shall fight the good fight with the email settings tomorrow, because I can't be bothered right now. The other problem, I'm quite baffled by.

(If you want to use Outlook to send/receive email, it's Start-->Mail app--> hamburger icon-->click gear icon-->Accounts-->Add accounts-->follow prompts.)

Might be a compatibility issue (so if you want to try running it in compatibility mode - but no promises, I regret to add, that it might solve the problem - File Explorer-->Local Disk(drive letter:)-->Program Files-->Campaign Cartographer-->Campaign Cartographer application (look for the main .exe if you have file extensions enabled; otherwise scroll list for the word "Application" in the Type column-->right-click this and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility).
Also, if you get an update from Microsoft on the AMD driver be sure to roll it back before it can blue screen on you with a restart, if it seems to be giving you any issues (I can't say if it will blue screen or not because this time around I didn't give it a chance to before rolling it back). Again, this driver seems to be working the best: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64
