Update

I have had my first COVID-19 vaccine. Go me!

I got a phone call at 2pm from my local surgery saying 'we have an appointment for you. It's at 16.40. Can you do it?' I was in the middle of training for my new job, but the boss said 'yes, do it.' So we trained some more until 16:00 and I changed my top into something suitable and put socks and shoes on and toddled off in a taxi.

So I am partially inoculated. Next injection in 12 weeks. They will notify me by text.

She's great, though trying to train me on one aspect of my new job in one day was a bit much. My brains were trickling out of my ears by the end.
