I give in. My problems about space/time/whatever have now reached a point where I don't know what day it is.

The meeting I came in specially for is next week.

Has anyone a hole I can crawl into?

Nods. Me too. And the clocks went back, which did NOT help.

I spent an hour telling my therapist that I'm tired, confused, dizzy, in pain, in danger of being swallowed up by blackness, poor (I had to pay for new specs at £439), and come to work to find that the meeting I'm due to attend is next Monday. It didn't do much for my confidence.

He's suggested I could be over-medicated, which I'm going to follow up.

I find it's not so much the mistakes as the emotional "How could I have done that!?" reaction that distresses me - Oh, and my mother joking about my always having had a poor sense of direction.

I plamn to retreat to wearing purple. Do you want to join me?

Absolutely! I already wear purple quite a lot - people should take it as a warning sign.

Ouch. If it's any consolation, I once did exactly the same.

Hugs and a hot cup of tea.

[Grin] You did it once...this is the third time in four weeks I've done something like this.

I really think it's the meds.
