I just fell down (tripped over a cable) and only just got up again. I'm shaking like a leaf.

I'm going to have a key safe outside my house so someone can get in and pick me up.

In other news, my knees are now killing me. And Smokey is hiding.

Ouch. I'm sorry - I know it's both painful and distressing. (OTOH, if my Dad ever had any emotional repercussions from falling down he never mentioned or addressed them, and I think that lead to him taking less preventive measures that he should have had; there's something to be said for being upset as a long-term adaptive reaction.)
