Wow. I was following the news earlier - sounds like this was quite a surprise to May. But now - correct me if I'm wrong - no clear pathway ahead and probably a long bumpy road. Good luck!
Absolutely, it leads nowhere because May is in power only because she has the unreliable support of Northern Ireland's Democratic Unionist Party. They are a truly creepy bunch of extremists with ties to Loyalist para-militaries.
So having said that Corbyn could only rule with the support of Sinn Fein, in the unlikely event that they could get them to take their seats (which they won't, because they won't swear to serve the Queen), May is in power thanks to these other Irish extremists.
