I'm not clear, from the headline, whether the woman or the bear wielded the courgette. (And with a single punctuation mark, I could make you believe the courgette was wielding the bear.)

That's comforting! I often have a zuccini stored in my fridge so if a bear should decide to knock on my window- a cold zuccini should work even better as a weapon. Although I don't want to try that with a Grizzly.
