Today was an excellent day; I spent most of it playing "Dragon Age: Origins" (I'm afraid in 'casual' mode as I'm no great shakes as a game player on the PS3), and otherwise watching bits of the 2nd series of Criminal Minds.

This last showed up my prosopagnosia: I'd never before noticed that both the character and the actress changed mid season from one person whose name began with E to another one. I must have just never seen the two episodes either side of the change, but much that was opaque about the series now makes a bit more sense.

We totally play Dragon Age in Easy mode on the PC, where the enemies practically fall over and die the minute the fight starts. I'm playing for the story, not to die over and over again.

"Easy" (or "Casual" as the PS3 calls it) is the only mode I play. Even then I just spent the best part of an hour beating up an ancient orc-thingy in the abandoned dwarven halls. I really started to think I'd never get past it.

I laugh at this game sometimes when I walk away for a minute, and come back and Morrigan is bickering with everyone else.

Morrigan is brilliant, I love her to bits. I'm not all the way through the game yet, I hope she doesn't 'turn'. I wish you could have more than four people in the party, because she's not in my current party and it so needs her.
