Dentists

I first posted...

You remember I had a dentist?

No longer - they won’t treat me at my current weight. The chairs they have aren’t good enough.

I’m being referred to the “community” dental team, a process which might take a year. Or more.

Seriously, I could bite, I’m so annoyed.

Then...

More on dental care: checking out the website for my local health board, anyone over 25st (yes, that would be me, no you may not comment on my weight) should be referred to the community dentists. Why they didn't just say that, I don't know. So the question is how long the community dentists will take to offer me an appointment.

Why a fat person's teeth should be different to anyone else's, I leave as a question to be considered.

Well that's incredibly annoying. You would think that ensuring they have a good quality chair suitable for all patients would be a priority.

I hope you don't have to wait too long for an appointment with the other dentists.
