Life, eh?

I'm exhausted - don't know why - and over the last three days have given myself two hypos, both times by misjudging my insulin. Grump. That gives me feelings of darkest dread, which is very strange. The first time it happened I thought it was a mental health issue, but one of my FB friends suggested low blood sugar, and she was right.

Smokey is well, last week she worried me a bit because she wasn't hungry and had trouble getting down off her cat tower, but she seems much better now. I don't think I could bear it if anything happened to her, she's my rock.

It's also that time of year and you've got a lot on your plate, petal. ♥

Take care of yourself and the fabulous Smokey.

Stress is exhausting. You have a lot going on, so being tired makes sense.

Hardly surprising you feel tired given all the stresses you've had recently!

Cuddle Smokey.

Read a book.

REst and chill out as best you can.

Really only here to echo what others have said. And an extra how I hear you about Smokey. Even though I have four the thought of losing one at this time is horrible and when one was ill earlier this year I know I found it harder than I would have done in less stressful times & I'm not having to handle the personal stresses you've had this year.
We, 🐈🐈🐈🐈 and I, send purrs, headbumps and love to you and Smokey.

I'm reading a lot in bed at present.

Actually, my two best stress-busters at present are:

1. Lying down while listening to GArdener's Question Time

2. Doing these simple, gentle Tai Chi exercises - https://www.google.com/search?q=tai+chi+5+minutes+per+day&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t
